Water walls are made to order. We draft a basic
construction agreement based on the conversations, email exchanges and any drawings used to clarify design, that have been
exchanged with the client. The construction agreement discusses water wall specification, payment options, anticipated
delivery dates and whether the water wall is to be shipped to the client site or whether we are to install the water wall.
Both parties sign the agreement and construction begins following deposit receipt.
Payment is broken into a 50% deposit to start construction and purchase materials,
a 25% second payment due upon completion of the water wall at the Atlanta workshop, and a 25% payment following installation
at the client site if we are installing. If we ship the water wall and the client installs, then the water wall balance
is due at shipping time. Photographs and video of the completed water wall at the Atlanta workshop are provided to the
client as proof of a working water wall.
Water
walls are usually ready for delivery in around eight weeks depending upon workload and the water wall specification.
For example, hand engraving can push out delivery dates.
